With more than 20 years of experience inside and alongside go-to-market teams, Jill Wicklund is a former sales leader turned executive coach and leadership development practitioner who has spent much of her career in fast-paced tech organizations. Her work focuses on strengthening the human side of leadership, shaped by years of experience selling in the field, leading teams, and navigating the realities of performance-driven environments.

Over the past decade, Jill has partnered with leaders across startups and enterprise organizations, supporting them in building the human skills at the center of leadership. Her work focuses on helping leaders strengthen awareness of themselves and others, deepen self-reflection, and build the capacity for self-regulation so they can navigate the conversations, decisions, and team dynamics that shape performance.

Leaders learn models they can apply in real time, while also widening the lens through which they see themselves, others, and the situations they’re navigating.
