Coaching with Moms

Whatever the topic is, I am here to help you navigate your career and journey as a parent.

Believe

Most moms are seeking balance. The Pew Research survey finds that about half (53%) of all working parents with children under age 18 say it is difficult for them to balance the responsibilities of their job with the responsibilities of their family. And research also shows that over 65% of households in the United States are now two-income families, and this number is even greater in big cities. Research also shows that most often moms are not only managing their paid work but they are managing a lion’s share of the domestic work as well. As well as playing the caretaker role in their extended families, and managing the family’s social calendars as well. I believe it is possible to equalize the power in heterosexual relationships, which will allow for the mom to achieve that balance. I also believe it takes a lot of education, intention and desire to get there.
